Insurance and Fees
I accept PPO insurance with all insurance companies which cover out-of-network providers. I will provide you with a Super Bill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I require that your fee be paid at the time of service.
My fee is $200 per 60 minute session. I reserve a small part of my practice for people with financial hardship who pay a sliding scale fee. If needed, inquire if any sliding scale spaces are available. I offer daytime and evening appointments. I accept cash, check, Zelle or credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of your session. Unfortunately, insurance will not cover late cancellations or missed appointments.
